- Team Shloka positions itself at the location of the event 48 hours prior to its commencement, ready to initiate the chain of operations required.
- Basis the requirements of the event, the team is comprised of professionals assigned to Transport, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Stores, Artist Management and Production.
- The entire operation, from inception to conclusion, is overseen and mentored by an experienced Senior Manager.
- Operations are brought to a close only once the last guest is checked-out and all vendor settlements and bill closures are taken care of.
