- Transport is arranged as per each guest’s luggage requirements and grouping, with luxury sedans and coaches provided for as necessary, to guarantee a comfortable and trouble-free trip to the venue.
- Pick-up details and contact information for Shloka staff stationed at the airport are given to all delegates in advance of their arrival, guaranteeing a safe and streamlined journey all the way to the hotel.
- At the hotel, a fully functional travel desk, manned by Shloka team members, operates throughout the duration of the event to facilitate check-ins and assist with transport queries.
- Team Shloka positions itself at the location of the event 48 hours prior to its commencement, ready to initiate the chain of operations required.
- Basis the requirements of the event, the team is comprised of professionals assigned to Transport, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Stores, Artist Management and Production.
- The entire operation, from inception to conclusion, is overseen and mentored by an experienced Senior Manager.

Being the first Thai member at Shloka, her experience expands Shloka's horizon in South-East Asia. Music is her solace, and her family is her lifeline. She always strives for the best, devoting herself to mastering every given responsibility to ensure perfection in her work. Patchareewan's prior engagements in the F&B and the Hospitality industry, and her expertise in Accounting and Translation adds great value to the Shloka team.
Catherine Pucher
Managing Partner (SOUTH EAST ASIA)
A graduate of the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, Ms. Catherine Pucher has been deeply involved in hospitality for over 15 years. Based in Thailand since 2013, she has been instrumental in expanding Shloka Events’ brand presence across South East Asia, firmly establishing its reputation as a market leader in the region. With her extensive experience in Michelin Star restaurants across Europe and Asia, Catherine has cultivated an intrinsic understanding of local cultures and sensitivities that has been crucial in the evolution of Shloka Events into an international identity.

Mr. Yuvraj Singh Johar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banqueting, hospitality operations, with a career boasting senior leadership roles at esteemed institutions such as the TAJ group and The Park hotel chains. However, it is his expertise and leadership as Managing Director of his massively successful international brainchild, Shloka Events, that has truly defined his illustrious career. His remarkable technical knowledge and tireless efforts have cemented his identity as a pioneer in the ever-growing event management industry, continuing to set new benchmarks for excellence with every event.
Karan Johar
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Karan Johar brings over 15 years of experience in the service industry, having held a number of key leadership positions at prestigious companies such as HSBC & Citigroup. As Chief Executive Officer, Karan’s extensive financial acumen was critical in expertly guiding Shloka Events through the COVID-19 pandemic without any layoffs or cost-cuts, and is now spearheading the expansion of Shloka Events into new verticals and geographies. His strong analytical mind and strategic leadership have been pivotal in establishing Shloka Events as a leading brand across the Asian and European spectrum.
Andrea Halfhide
BUSINESS HEAD (INDIA)
Ms. Andrea Halfhide possesses a keen eye for talent and the unique ability to assemble the right team for the right event. Her growth from one of The Park hotel’s youngest managers to Business Head at Shloka Events can be attributed to her exceptional work ethic and commitment to perfection, cultivated as a result of being raised by two teachers.
